設計導向的Persona充滿心像與意象，對於設計者有實質情感與畫面的連結。然而，研究導向的Persona則歸納事實成為使用者典型。比起心像意象，設計者得不到華麗的關鍵字加持，這讓使用者相對平凡了，於是設計者說：這對設計沒什麼幫助。於是黑心使用者群像出現了。
